Value Engineering Job Plan
The Job Plan is the team's roadmap to success. Each step of the Job Plan is followed in order. The amount of time required to complete each step depends upon the project, product or process studied and when during the project life cycle the study takes place. A Certified Value Specialist (CVS) facilitates the team. The CVS organizes the study, guides selection of team members and generally oversees all of the VE team's work.
