Howard Ellegant, CVS, is a veteran Value Engineering practitioner who has spent his career helping organizations align project, product and process design, quality and cost with customer requirements through Value Engineering. He has functioned as an internal VE program manager and an external Value Engineering consultant conducting over 250 VE studies and presenting forty SAVE approved 40-hour Value Engineering training workshops in the United States and abroad.
